Hi, I'm Jodie and I am the designer, creator and chief bottle-washer behind

Ric Rac.

I live in Ballarat, Australia. In 2007 I started a blog where I shared all the things I was working on. Readers suggested I open a shop to sell my dolls and toys so I did.
It became obvious that I couldn't keep up with the demand for finished items, so having already written sewing patterns for magazines I decided to turn my toys and dolls into sewing patterns to share with everyone.
I love toy-making, I love the creative problem solving of trying to get the right shapes. I am always working on new designs and love to hear suggestions from people for new animals or friends to create.
